Well this has been an issue of mine from when I first started the game, I thought they were meant to look like that until i zoomed in on them. They look way better when you zoom in on them and I dont know why:

This could be the result of not having the drivers for your video card updated. Listed below are

DirectX link is broken and I have an intel graphics card.

That's the long-distance version of the enemy (similar to LOD in other games). Please check your in-game settings menu, and make sure the distance values are not set too low.

Another question though, hardware wise my laptop should be able to handle perfect world. Could it be the graphics card that just isn't enough?
