ok, im rank 2, but dont i get to buy any rank 2 armor, like the rank 1 armor that was available at lvl 30..??

    The rank armor lvl 2 and up can not be bought before lvl 60 for some reason.

    You also need 1000 reputation to buy it.
    By the time I hit level 40 not too long ago I only had about 500 some

    You don't get armor anyway. I think you only can buy a belt and then pants at level 3. I think you get armor again at rep lvl 4 but it is still lvl 60 and with 5000 rep required I suspect your level will be much too high. I don't know I have a long way to go to just get the 2500 rep for level 3
