Updating file erro?

I'm not quite sure why this keeps happening, every time I update it goes for a little then stops, and gives me a quick message saying that there was an error updating file gives me some options but as quick as it came it goes away.

I know the blue line is the progress and the yellow is the files being updated, it completely stops on tasks.data but the yellow line keeps going, the blue line doesn't more anymore.

It has nothing to do with my fire wall because I turned if off and its still giving me the error, I restarted my connection like 12 times and still giving me the error. What is it that I actually have to do in order for this thing to stop doing this every time there's an update, its becoming quiet annoying. So, some assistance from experts please.
