quest-twin towers(lv 50)

i've got the stone and clicked on it,and the quest said to talk to the tower but after i do the stone disappears and the quest reamins stuck at 'talk to the ___tower'. After waiting for 5 minutues or i then decided to redo the quest and deleted the quest but then when i returned to the elder he has no avaliable quests for me!!!I've tried returning to both towers to try to get back the stone but it dones not appear.....can someone help me?

    Keep circling the tower until a box shows up...Happened to me too. ><

    i have done that already to both the towers but still do not get the quest pop up box.i think the quest cant be activated without the elders quest 'search around the towers' which has disappered and i am unable to get the quest from him because he says'there are no suitable quests for you at the moment' and no neither my rep or sp points has rose at all since talking to the tower

    Do you have an item in your inventory which asks you to rightclick it? I didn't know about it either and it took me a bit to find out about it.

    okay just to make things clear from the start

    1 ) got the quest from elder to investigate any of the towers

    2) went to the 'veiled tower'and got the stone

    3) clicked on the stone and it gave me a new quest

    4) quest was to talk to the veiled tower

    5) talked to the veiled tower,no new quest poped out, no+rep ,no +spirit

    6) waited for 5-10mins

    7) decided to redo quest thinking it is(it should be)an error or glitch

    8) clicked 'trash'quest

    9) went back to the elder to start quest again

    10)elder has" no avaliable quests"for me

    11) went back to both towers to circle around it a few times

    12) nothing happened,quest is gone and i don't get my rep/spirit:(

    There should have been a quest asking you to go get an item from the Vulcamnic mountain (Don't quote me on the name of the mountain I think that was the name)

    I checked the PW database which said the quest is repeatable so I personally would advise sending a ticket to the GM's here:

    So I just tried this quest myself. I'm not sure if my problem is a game issue or an id10t error but something is wrong. I went to the the veiled tower first just like pwdb says and after I got the stone I went to the tower of darkness. Upon arrival I checked quest log for instr only to find BOTH quests were gone!! Pwdb says "Investigate the Veiled Tower and the Tower of Darkness in the northeast of Etherblade." See? It says AND not OR. I'll admit I don't really read the NPC remarks when getting new quests. Did I miss something or did something go wrong and I should submit a ticket? I completed the veiled tower and got only spirit for it and there is nothing about twin towers in my log. Comments please. Tnx.

    You can only do one of the quests. Seems to be a bug that it doesn't say so in the questlog.

    Ahhh. Wonder if there's a difference in rewards. Also I comm'd w/ the pwdb guy a week or so ago on another matter and he told me that his site MAY have a complete overhaul in the works. I see terrific potential for this Perfect World of ours but a giant leap toward that now would be fantastic.

    Yes one of the quests gives rep while the other gives spirit as reward.

    I got to the tower of darkness, recieved a pop up asking me to climb the tower of darkness, and I did. Then after the seal telling me it had been waiting, I clicked 'what is this place' and that was the end of it. No exp, no spirit, no futher dialoge or quests in my questlog. I submitted a ticket already taking a hint from this thread that I should have been directed elsewhere for another item. Hmm..

    Please read the steps below to complete the quest.

    Please Note:
    - If you can't speak to the seal or turn in the Quest items to the seal, please relog your character.
    - You can only choose one part of the quest. Visiting one seal will not allow you to visit the other seal.
    - The stones are not at the exact coordinates. You will need to explore around the area.
    - The quest can't be repeated once trashed.

    Twin Tower Of Darkness - Lvl 50 Quest

    Start NPC: Archosaur Elder
    Location: Archosaur East (570,648)

    Mission #1: Visit Veild Tower.
    Mission #2: Explore around the Veild Tower. (526,967)
    Nothing special here. Maybe the Elder was too worried... wait, what is this? Pick Up. Got 1 Phanstimor Stone.
    Mission #3: Then head to the top of tower, right click on stone in inventory to continue. Speak to the Phanstimor Seal. (530,967)
    What happened? Where is that stone now?
    Mission #4: Find the Volcanic Crystal on Top of Volcanic Purgatory. (443, 970) Collect 1 Crystalline Magmite.
    Mission #5: Return to the Veild Tower and speak to the Phanstimor Seal. (530,967) Crystalline Magmite will disappear.
    Reward: 16,000 Spirit

    Start NPC: Archosaur Elder
    Location: Archosaur East (570,648)

    Mission #1: Visit Tower of Darkness.
    Mission #2: Explore around the Tower of Darkness. (582,926)
    Nothing special here. Maybe the Elder was too worried... wait, what is this? Pick Up. Got 1 Chaos Stone.
    Mission #3: Then head to the top of tower, right click on stone in inventory to continue. Speak to the Chaos Seal. (568, 928)
    What happened? Where is that stone now?
    Mission #4: Find the Glacial Crystal in the middle of the small lake in Tai Chi Shore. (580, 983) Collect 1 Glacial Crystal.
    Mission #5: Return to the Tower of Darkness and speak to the Chaos Seal. (568,928) Glacial Crystal will disappear.
    Reward: 16,000 Spirit

    so argghhhh,i TRASHED the quest since i thought the quest was bugged(mission 4,which did not appear in quest list),so i guess my quest has now officially gone bye-byeb:sadb:cry
