Problem with mailing in the game

hi
in the game there is a mailing system
i have tried to send an email (with item inside ) from my alt to my main and it happends that my main got nothing
so the items got lost
what can i do about these?:O

    It takes an hour for mail containing items to reach the recipient. Have you allowed sufficient time to pass for the delivery?
