Lucky cards

Is it possible to attain 3 stars from lucky cards? If so, does it begin at a certain level or with certain lucky card/notes/packs etc?

Don't think so. Even if you get one that gives you something other than 5 pots all you get is both HP and mana pots at the next level some kind ok level gem and **** like pumpkin head pills.

i got a quest from a lucky note and in quest screen all it says is lucky note and there is no description

galbanik, make sure you have space in your inventory and that quest should complete itself and spawn something in your inventory. It can be a few random things, like potions and the like b:victory
