Hi,

I just installed a new video card into my system. When I tried to play game, it says " client version is too low" I have latest Nvidia drivers and such. My new video card is GeForce 9600 GSO.

Also, after updating drivers and such, I can not hear anything from my computer. Can you please help me solve my problem? Everything is plugged in and fine. My system tells me it's working.

Please rename C:\Program Files\Perfect World Entertainment\Perfect World International\element\userdata to userdata_old and then click Verify from the launcher to try and fix the client version issue.

By "can not hear anything" do you mean that the speakers or headset is no longer putting out sound, or that the fans are no longer moving?

I assume the former case, in which I'd suggest checking your volume settings, and then uninstalling and then reinstalling your sound drivers.

I changed to userdata_old and vertified, and it worked.

What I mean by not putting out sound, that my speakers aren't putting out sound. Even if I turn it on, it's not putting out sound. I checked my volume settings and they're on halfway/high. My fans are moving.

How do I uninstall and reinstall my sound drivers?

Okay, I figured out uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers. I still can't hear anything.

Double check to make sure that you used the right drivers.
