Cant access the game

i can start the client but when i type in my account and password it tells me "Incorrect Account name or Password", with the same i can log in here this forum, so it should be right? Can someone help meh pl0x?

    Make sure that you downloaded and installed the correct client from here:

    http://perfectworld.com/download/client

    If you have any other versions installed (there are 10+ versions from different regions worldwide, 50 million+ players, which makes it easy to accidentally grab the wrong one), un-install them and delete any files related to it before downloading and installing Perfect World International.

    The game servers that you should see once installed are:

    Heaven's Tear (PvE)
    Lost City (PvP)
    Sanctuary (PvE)

    Also check to make sure that you didn't accidentally hit the Shift key too many times, or have CAPS LOCK turned on.

    i downloaded from the right site and im already playing since 3 weeks, neither i used caps or shift. I was on 12 hours ago, but now it tells meh, incorrect account name or password all of a sudden. I dunno y? Also im wondering that my acc name and password is still working here, shouldnt it deny either when it would be wrong?

    It could be:

    If you got disconnected from the game, and it doesn't seem to let you log back in, and you know your user name and password are correct and you get the Already Logged In error, the game may think you are still logged in.

    When you try to log back in, make sure that the Safe Log box is checked on the screen where you enter your username and password in-game.

    It will force the system to log out of your account so that you can log back in properly.

    awwww thank you for your patience, but i already tried this one too, the safe log, i just logged off as normal this morning and now it tells meh this, that my info is wrong

    Give them your user name that you are having issues with.
