How to I make my Weapons Glow?

I am level 33 Blade Master. My primary weapon is Dual Axe. So I just crafted a Clean Dual Axe with no socket. I was wondering if its possible to make my weapons glow? "I like that kool looking". If so what are the step I need to follow.

If this already been posted whichI tried searching no results. I apollogize. Please post me the link.


My question:

1) Which NPC does the upgrade?
2) What type of stone is use?
3) Does it need to have sockets available on weapon?
4) Is there certain level of skill on crafting I need to achieve?
5) Where can I get the material?


Looking for active GUILD with mature players.

    u need 2 or more sockets to weapon, imbue two lvl 5 gems(same) or more and its will glove.
    u can buy lvl 5 gems for 60k each from npc(dun remember name), u can imbue at blacksmith.

    Yes there are, but you would recognize them as average and above. That would give you a glow around your hands. If you wanted the entire weapon to glow you must either get a three star weapon or make one from mats from an instanced area such as Twilight Temple at level 60+.
