question about eleven radiance(wing)

hi , recently i bought a elevn raidance and the duration of the accerate is 900/900 second
and after using the accrelate , it become 0/900 (3.5speed) can anyone telll me is it poosibel to repair it or is it i cant accerate it anymore and it be staying at 1.5speed always..

    You can use Yiyuan stones or better to get that back, you get those by decomposing equipment.
