1. So the Cash Shop is the botique right?

2. You can buy gold for a certain price of in-game money. How much is it for one gold and how do you do it? I think you have to put your coins into a seperate bank or something that involves some process to buy gold.

3. Is there a list of all the cash shop items and price you can get somewhere (that does not include logging in to the game and checking the botique).

4. Can someone give me an idea of how much 1 gold can buy? Could it buy a CS aerocraft? If not, what could it buy?

    The Cash Shop is also called the Boutique, Item Mall, and a lot of other descriptions.
    You can buy gold for a certain price of in-game money. How much is it for one gold and how do you do it? I think you have to put your coins into a seperate bank or something that involves some process to buy gold.
    You can purchase Gold from other players through the auctioneer system. The value ranges depending on how much other players are willing to pay for a Gold, and what people are willing to sell a Gold at.

    To Buy Gold, go to an Auctioneer NPC in any of the major cities. Click their Gold Trading Dialogue option. You want to desposit the number of Coins that you want to bid. That option is on the bottom left. Then, in the box above it, you have to set the Price per unit of gold that you want to bid for, and then the number of Gold that you want to bid for. Your bid will be submitted.

    It's only if someone is offering gold at or under that price that your bid will be filled, though, so you have to keep your number around the yellow sell prices to have it filled quickly.

    One is being looked into, but there's currently no official one.

    Press the "o" key in-game to see the Cash Shop and see what typical prices are.

    Thanks a lot! You answered all my questions. At least in this game gms and moderators check the forums. Ini the last game I played, the moderators wern't that active in the forums but more active in customer support. Does PWI have customer service or ask a question thing?

    Customer Service can be accessed here. It's recommended for most purposes involving account information, technical support, billing issues, or reorting user violations. We do try to be helpful here on the boards as well, though.

    I saw on site there's a "Charge Zen".
    Is that for getting Gold?
    Is there a Buy By Cash "Paysafecard" payment?
    How much is the lowest price?If it's gold then how much gold is on lowest price?

    Charge Zen is for buying Zen, which can be turned into Gold and Silver by transferring it to a server.
    Is there a Buy By Cash "Paysafecard" payment?
    There is currently a Google Checkout, Paypal, PayByCash, UKash, and Click and Buy method for buying zen. I believe that PaySafeCards are a PayByCash service, so they should work.
    How much is the lowest price?If it's gold then how much gold is on lowest price?
    It depends on the method you use. Through PayPal or Google Checkout, the minimum purchase price is 2000 silver/Zen for 20 USD. PayByCash methods, such as Ultimate Game Cards, have a lower minimum price, at 1000 silver/Zen for 10 USD.

    basically, 1 gold = 100 silver = 1 USD. i usually just think of it like this:

    1 gold = 1 dollar
    1 silver = 1 cent (1 penny)
