A problem happened only recently..!

Hi there, as the title said my problem only happened only recently. It's like few days ago I can't see other players's name all it says is P-1233312 what ever numbers there is. My firend said it there player number but why am I getting this instead of their name. Also I can't see the characters they are INVISIBLE literally. So I just want to know why is this happening and how can I fix it.

    Check the in-game settings menu. That's accessible from System (the gray button in the button right with a pair of red-brown tools in an X shape) then System Settings (looks like a green old-style computer monitor). You're mostly interested in things on the first two tabs, such as the Distance settings on the first and second, and the Player Customization checkbox.
