hi, can anyone kindly tell how and where can i upgrade my flying beast????

i have been asking around, but no one seems to know.

i just brough a Wind Widget, so where can i use/ craft it?

    THousand streams, but only cash shop flying mounts can be upgraded and from a 1.0 to a 3.0 upgrading will cost you a total of 210 wind widgets or $105, best to just work with what you've got.
