Strange window on startup

Does anyone know what this is or what it says or what its suppose to say?

Since the last patch I've been getting this every time I start the game. It doesn't hinder my ability to play the game I just say no. But by default it has the yes button highlighted.

Its almost like its trying to print to the screen in another language(Korean?) but since I don't have the language pack installed it doesn't know how to handle it.

    The Language support is more for dealing with internal software; it won't make errors more legible, it'll just fix them. Running a Verify from the Launcher may also help.

    Thanks for the quick responce gattsuru.
    I tried the verify and its a no go. Still receive the error even after restarting the game again.

    Like I said the game runs fine so my question is this something I need to worry about?
    Or can I just continue to either click yes /no and play? Which I've been doing.

    P.S. Have you seen this pop-up screen before?
