Best Job for a Archer?

My first character and i was wondering witch job would help me the most, and where can i get another small spirt charm is there a npc that sells them?

    Just saying, you can get all the jobs if you'd like. From what I read around the forums, it seems more of weather you want the goods of higher level stuff like weapons and armor coming out better than shop stuff or the buffs for a certain amount of time from potions and things. Spirit Charms can be made, but I haven't seen an npc that sells them (but I wasn't really looking).
