Should I keep these Items or sell them?

Im still new so i don't know if those items with yellow texts are meant for selling or use to crafting. You know how some items have yellow texts that said "Found in a beast's body" or something like that. I need this question answer plz because my inventory is getting killed by this items and i don't know how to deal with it.

    Most likely you have some dragon quest items. They will say 'used for dragon quest (##)' they are not used to create items, but they are required for the dragon quests.
