Zen Suspended?

I just bought Zen using my credit card, and got a receipt in my inbox saying it was paid for (It even took the money out of my account), but when I checked on my Zen, it said it was suspended..What's going on?

    Suspended usually means that there's been a hiccup in the payment verification process. It should clear up within a few hours, but may require that you're contacted through the in-game client, e-mail, or phone in some extremely unusual cases.

    If you have questions regarding billing, please use the Support and Ticketing system.
