Quests?

I keep seeing people asking if anyone needs help with FB19, FB29, etc... I'm asuming these are quests. If they are quests how does the numbering system work?

FB19 quest is Call To Duty quest what u get at lvl 19. FB29 u get at lvl 29 and so on

So the numbers are the level when you can get the quest. What if you get more than one quest for a level? Does FB29 refer to all level 29 quests or just a certain one?

FB is Call to Duty quest not others. so FB29 is lvl 29 Call to Duty quest. Call to Duty quests ask u go in dungeons and kill bosses.
