are we able to transfer item or coin between char of the saem account in this game?

If you place them in your storage, no ( each character's storage aren't connected ). If you sent your items through the mailing system, yes. Keep in mind that when you're sending money to your other char, it'll be instant - while if you sent an item, it'll take about 1 hour.

You can also bring the two chars in a relatively unpopulated area, put them both on the same spot, drop the items to be transfered on the grond, diconnect and reconnect with the char you want to transfert with. I always did that and never lost one item in the process. It alse eliminate the annoying and useless "1 hour before mail arrive" delay.
