Crafting Items with Special Abilities

Hello,
I have recently created a new set of axes which have the special ability, Nimble, which has a chance to increase accuracy by some hundred points.
I was wondering whether or not anyone has looked into if there are any other abilities. Are there others? There must be.
Also, does anyone know if special abilities can be made in armor or accessories? I have only seen them on weapons.
So does anyone have a list of special abilities and what they do??

    I have only seen them on weapons as well.

    Here is the list so far that I have seen:

    Freeze: Causes the target to not move for 3 seconds. (but can still attack)
    Stun: Stuns the target for 3 seconds.
    Frenzy: Takes 5% of the total HP of the user and increases the damage of that hit by 5% or 10%.
    Nimble: The one you have, ups accuracy.

    Also, do you know if there is a chance to get two or more special abilities on the same weapon?
    I wouldn't mind having nimble and stun together, :D

    I think it would be EXTREMELY rare if it is possible. But I can't say no for sure.
