Im not sure this is where i should post this but my character was banned for a name violation, talked to a GM before it got banned about them changing it, along with my girlfriends name. They said it would get changed and not to worry, now im a paying customer... ive spent well over 100$ in the passed 3 months on this game and well... i WONT accept that your company just wasted all my time and money like this without even saying a word... i demand at the very least that somebody contact me and explain what happened? as in why didnt my name just get changed as my girlfriends did? as i said ive paid over 100$... and it seems as though you have just flushed that down the toilet for me without saying a word... dont appreciate that very much.

Well your best bet will be to send a ticket directly to the GM's they don't talk over such things here on the forum.
