Wierd thingy

Anyone can solve it?

Problem is : I see all females in black hair, etc. Always the same! But when i click on them, thier potrait is a different face, is this a bug/whatsoever? If it is, how can i solve it?

    Go into your settings box thing (lower left corner looks like 9 little squares symbol, find the tab with the option to show customizations make sure it is checked.
