Graphics Bug Help Please?

Hi all, I'm having a bug or glitch with my graphics and it's really pissing me off, if anyone has had a similar problem or can offer advice/opinions I'd appreciate it all :)
I'm using a really bad pc to play PWI
1 gig ram
2.7ghz pentium 4
Intel chipset integrated graphics card
crappy eMachines PC it's about 2-3 yrs. old I'd guess

My characters have what appear to be 2 sort-of thick white lines evenly spaced on their upper lips. It also shows this for every character I look at in the game like NPC's and other players. To describe it better, it looks like everyone has goofy looking spongebob buck teeth. Lol. It's annoying the hell out of me because my character is supposed to be hot but she has these huge buck teeth. ;P

Again I'd appreciate anyones feedback as long as it's not "buy a new PC", because if that were an option I'd take it, lol.

    graphics bug usualy goes to your graphics card id presume lol
    u might just have a bad card and i suggest you get your self another,
    ive had actual graphics glitches that have happened but thats usualy mean the whole screen is glitched,
    not sure how to sort your graphics problem realy, apart from all i wud do is buy a new 1, then again im usualy to lazy to find another solution b:chuckle

    Lol! Your PC faaar enough for this game. I play on P4 2,4GHz, 512 MB RAM, Ati Radeon 9500.

    No problem , except a bit LAG nowadays in Archosaur WEST. So, what's up with Your video card?

    Intel onboard card is never good for anything. See if you can get a new driver for it. Your P4 motherborad probably won't support PCI-E card, so look for an old AGP one if you want to buy a graphic card. Unless you want to do the full system update.

    This game doesn't need much to run but still, a half decent card is need if you want to play it in hi res with all of the option on max.

    When I tried PW on my laptop, which has Intel graphics, it did the same. For basic things it's ok, but Intel is hardly known for their video cards :P.

    Unfortunately, it's very likely that replacing your existing video with something decent from Nvidia, for example, is the only fix. The rest of your PC should should be ok.
