I have a problem with my "safety"

... hello perfect world players and gm's
i got a problem with my safety :
-_- ...
my current setting npow 10 hours and 50 minutes if i come in the game
i cant change T_T if i change to 1 minutes and log out and in its dont going !
i wait 2 times 11 hours for that and : NOTHING i died and got a dc...
what should i do !? gms and supports, can you make my safety to 1 minutes? D:
my inventory is full and i cant sell anything T______T!
pls help !
