I have been emailing to PWI support for my fb19 quest problem, and i kept waiting and waiting but no reply of the progress. I understand that the support team may be busy but i wish that i was given even a short reply or message to inform that it is still in checking or solving process.

Situation: I had done my FB19 quest but was never given a pendant as drop from the boss. It was said that the undines, boss are different quests and it doesn't matter which was done first. My guildies partied with me and they killed the mobs and i was doing the healing only. And we are not dead but just port out of the dungeon after finding there is no drop anywhere.
Now i was left with the quest undone due to the drop not given, but i can retake the quest but no tablet to enter. I had past 10levels since this quest issue happens and instead of finding the problem why, i request i was given the tablet again to retry the quest. I couldn't get a reward of blue glowing weapon and it kinda affects my reputation score or whatever.

I am disappointed by this issue, and find no meaning in patronising the PW boutique for items when i had such issue which was left unsolved. I wish i will be given a solution real soon....

    The tablet is just an extra. Its not actually part of the quest. You can go in and kill the monsters and boss again to finish the real quest.

    Lol you Should have just asked someone in the game mostb people would already have know that you just needed to finish the quest

    The Tablet quest just earns extra experience, and is automatically rewarded, completed, and removed from your quest log once you defeat the FB boss or otherwise interrupt the quest.

    The Item Reward quest is entirely separate, and does not depend on the Tablet (although Tablets make it easy to get people to help you.
