bug or glitch?! P-numbers

ok so i was gaming today. And i went to shop in archorsars at the personal shops. When clicked on them their face never appeared all i got was some thing like P-16584442 here is a screen shot.

Please help me. Plus I don't think I am alone some one in game the other day shouted out how do i get rid of these numbers and get back the players name.
