Venomancer build (do i need Vit.??)

b:victory Hey all !! I'm a Venomancer and i still don't know how to configure my build (PvE)...

i've read :. Level A: 1 Vit, 4 Mag
. Level B: 1 Vit, 1 Str, 3 Mag.

and at high level (=?):. Level A: 5 Mag
. Level B: 1 Str, 4 Mag.

Is it a good way? (Robe build) : and when do i stop to increase Vit (which lvl?)??

And i don't know too if I must specialize my defence in magical or physical defence, or both? i think high magical defence, as Venomancers are high ranged and do not melee...

Its all about personal preference. Don't follow one of those stupid build guides unless you want your character to be exactly like everyone else. Pretty pointless.

Right now my level 67 venomancer has 42 str, 55 vit, 10 dex and 243 magic. The dex is left over from when I restatted to a mage build from light armor. Go with what you want, not what others say to do.

o.o with a Dex that low with that high a level... are you mostly attacking with spells? or can your weapon hit a good amount of times?

As he said, the Dex is actually wasted from back when he wanted to go Light Armor. Like most F2P games, Perfect World has restat stuff in the cash shop only, so people might not buy that for just a few points.

As for "personal preference", that's exactly the problem. As a newcomer, you know nothing about the game. There is no "personal preference". As a consequence, I currently have "enough Str for Robes, a little over 40 points unallocated, rest in Mag" --- that's because I really don't know whether I need Vit later on. So instead of raising Vit, I currently raise "unallocated".

venos are complicated as you have lots of choices,only you can decide which path
Fox form veno really needs strength to make the most of the fox form skills and a (standy uppy) veno needs magic
As a rough guide ALWAYS check your next set of armour/weapons so you know what magic/strength u need to aim for
I currently have a little over 3k hp and im magic build, using 3 mag 1 str 1 vit as a rough guide
I do a LOAD of damage with my magic skills and my hp helps me survive those evil little mellee mobs until my golem can rip them a new.......u know what :P
Like the others say there is a wealth of info in the class section where you can get lots of opinions
Or like zoe says..you can be individual and go full dex using a lvl1 bow.....your choice..its about the journey.not the destination XD

I find that it is always best to have some vit to back you up incase of things like your pet dying, other surrounding aggressive mobs attacking, or if the mob just decides to attack you instead of your pet. I'm lvl 37 and have Vit. 55, Str. 25, Mag. 115, and Dex. 5.
