I don't know if this is a bug or if i need to reinstall or what, but my problem is this;

When you click someone, you know how you can see their face picture at the top of the screen? Well like, I can click someone, and they can have green skin and red hair in their little face picture, but theitr character on screen in a normal skin toned person with brown hair.

This goes for everyone except my own character on screen. Like, all venomancer cats look like the same. all veomancers with the wing ears look the same.all human females look the same. this goes for males too.
there is no customization for their on screen character for me. only in their small little face picture.

any help is appreciated =D
