do all card.puzzle cube

so i noticed i can trade a do all card for a robber card in the "not enough" room within the puzzle cube.
Where do do all cards come from? a npc? a mob? a cube quest reward?
This is around my 10th attempt at puzzle cube now and not once have i seen a do all card.
They must exist or it wouldnt be an option right?
I just wanna know where i can get them....i know i can wait 3 days for someone else to come in the room and give me a robber card but i feel that defeats the object of playing a game for fun XD

    The only way I know of getting Do-All cards is by opening the lvl 60 supply stash.

    You can make them at the NPC's in each room o.O

    I believe you either need Cube tickets, or mirages to make them. idr which, since it's been a while since i last did cube.
