Riding Land Mounts

Is buying a riding land mount from the cash shop the only way to obtain one? Or is there a way to get a riding land mount in game?

    You can do both but its quiet silly to buy a mont its just a plain horse I think it can be like cheasnut brown and another thats black (not midnight) like I said though its dumb since there about 2m in game money and much slower then the ones from the cash shop.You can by a polar bear or panther for about 1m so its much cheaper to do that.
