I keep getting errors. Help plz?

Every time i patch, i get errors. i deleted the element and task.data and that worked for one patch. then it didnt. Help PLZ?

    You may have some luck with Aryannaveno's links. Checking that your firewall is not interrupting the connection may also be useful.
