Revamp the respawn location selection... please

Just now, I had to escort someone from Swiftwind back to City of the Lost .
Of course, it was easy --- I didn't even have to kill something, just following the road and making sure to walk around stuff. He could have done this on his own --- in fact I did it when I walked to Etherblade before I could fly --- but depending on the MMO"RP"G background that can be difficult since players are still trying to get into the basics of Perfect World.
Either way, it's probably reassuring to have some higher level lead the way, even if there's no fighting involved. Back when I did the walk it was more difficult than now simply because I wasn't particulary confident about getting the aggro estimates right...
But the discussion whether he could have done it or not is pretty stupid anyway --- he shouldn't have respawned in Swiftwind. Please, do something like giving levels to villages, or only respawn people in villages where they have the teleport location, possibly with the additional condition that they also need to have a transport route out of the village available. I think that is a suitable condition to determine whether a respawn point is "suitable" for a player. If you feel like it you can again fall back to accepting any village if the player has flying gear with him.
Basing it on teleport data is particulary easy to add since all the information is there (so nobody has to come up with village levels), and I generally think it's a good idea to avoid stupid bugs or almost-bugs that add frustration for new players.
