A Maintenance diary?

Hello dear gamers and game moderators,
I'd like to know if there is a "Maintenance" or "Development" diary in Perfect World International. This diary is something like the UPDATE LOG in World Of Warcraft where you see which updates have been done on what time, what has changed and what will be done in the future acording to the patch number...

I'd love to know if Perfect World International has one of those "Development Diaries".

    why not allow quest sharing? i mean what is that like 100 lines of code max and a graphic to add to the player rightclick menu
