    You need atleast 9 space in inventory. if all those 3 requirements is fullfilled it will end as a success.


    About fb19: to be able to accept the quest (call to duty) You will have to fullfill the requests above.

    When quest is accepted you will gain a tablet, use the tablet inside the instance (but remember, get a good party before talking 2 stone) Its timeset on the quest. (10ours)

    I think those are good general guidelines, but I know for a fact I didn't have 100 rep. because I have 114 now at lev.25.
    I didn't start questing (except for pet quests) until lev.18 about. It should work. You DO need to make sure you have inventory room, but he will tell you if you don't.
