Stupid glitch

I used 20$ with paypal to buy 2000zen and i transfered it to my acc in Heaven's tear but it didnt go to my character, i can't find it in gold or silver.. This is freaking stupid and should be simplified. Ive tried everything like re-logging and re-opening the client. I want my money's worth please. Most likely like every mmorpg if i revoke payment on paypal= Perm bann because it's like stealing. So can someone help me? b:angryb:angry

    PWE itself can not discuss billing over the forums, for obvious reasons. Please use the Ticketing System to contact them. They will make sure things are made right for you, if at all possible.

    I'd also check if it was deposited to a different character on that server, or if it was placed in the Auctioneer Deposit box.

    and yes i just got done checking the auctioneer and she dident have it

    When you buy gold from the site it will not go to the auctioneer but will show up when you open the boutique.

    Sorry for bringing that option up, Nevermore, but I always like to doublecheck, since it's pretty much the only other place Gold can go without being spent.

    Elem, same advice to you: please use the support ticket system.
