    Fb 19 is a quest to go to one of the dungeons and fight the boss there. The monsters there are a lot stronger aswell so you will need a party with some high levels to clear it. Also everyone in the party gets the quest when the leader of the squad has it so you can find lots of high levels offering to help you. Finally you get a special weapon for doing it so try to finish it as soon as you get it.
