Windows Minimize Mouse Problems

It seems I'm not the only one having this problem as there's been a few threads about it. Whenever I minimize or (alt/tab) out of the Perfect World client, my mouse will get confused. What happens is when I try to click anywhere in the game client, it will automatically minimize back out to my desktop view and vice versa. My keyboard still works fine, but the mouse becomes an annoying problem and usually I would have to force the client to end it session and reload it. I did try the moderator's solution on editing the systemini file to adjust the renderwid and renderhei to match the resolution of my screen, but that still didn't solve the problem. My first question is are the devs looking into this as it seems to be a common issue with most users. The second question is have anyone gotten this problem resolved? As of right now, this annoying problem has literally gotten me killed in game multiples time and it's becoming frustrating. b:angry

    Yeah, try install the asian language pack from your window (xp, not sure about vista) cd. That fixed the problem for most people, myself included.

    Ok, first off, use the Enter key, your posts will get more reply's than the 'Wall of Text' messages I and others give... not knowing english well is one thing, but very few languages in written form fail to use paragraphs....

    Now, this is a goofy bug. I'll assume you're using WinXP.... that seems to be the version of Win that has this issue most....

    You can fix this fast. Get your WinXP CD out.

    Go to:
    Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Languages Tab.
    Check the box 'Install files for East Asian languages>Apply>Ok

    You will be prompted for your WinXP CD. If you have a store bought computer, your CD is most likely on your Hard Drive somewhere.

    Done.

    If installing the East Asian Language pack did not help try playing in windowmode. That fixes it as well.

    Thank you everyone for the quick replies and solutions. I will try installing the East Asian Language tonight and see what happens.
