Can you get an FB19 Bow?

I am new to archer, and I know you can get godly FB19 Crossbows, but I was wondering wheather u could get a bow as well?

    i had only this crossbow for "choosing" , also never heared that one got a bow
    nevertheless this crossbow last for me till lvl 30
    it has good stats and 2 sockets for enhancments
    and i now changed it to a 3star ligthining bow
    justice might be blind - but i also see in darkness
