It would be useful to players using Linux OSs to have an option available to disable the ingame spinning/rotating mouse icon. Because it is not supported by WINE and so it doesn't appear on screen because it's a rotating icon. A still mouse icon would be welcome.

    Yes, with the vast instability of the Windows platform and many users switching to Linux, it would be nice to have the option to customize the mouse cursors so we can see it at startup.

    I agree with them, i use both OS and it would be plaisant that we can disable the mouse rotation who's boring me...

    Can you duplicate and rename one of the static .cur's to the name of the animated one or substitute a normal system .cur for the animated one?
    I haven't had the chance to test on my normal windows install (and I've had no luck with wine/transgaming on mac or linux, both keep crashing at the opening waterfall page), so this is a shot in the dark.

    Sorry to barge in here knowing nothing about anything on this matter, but I'm running PW on Ubuntu Linux through Wine and I haven't had any problems with cursors.
    My mouse cursor seems to be very much static without any animation whatsoever.
