Support Where?

Sent two support tickets earlier about my automatically suspended and refunded purchases with the cash shop but no replies back whatsoever. Where the heck do i go for support now? b:angry

    Earlier? It is 6.44AM servertime I would think the GM's are still asleep. They answer any querys as soon as they can but it can take 24-48 hours.

    The support team will try their best to get in contact with you within 24 hours, but they do occasionally need food, sleep, and other sundries, and we can not guarantee that turn-around time.

    Please be sure to check your e-mail and e-mail spam folder, though, especially on accounts with AOL, Comcast, Hotmail, et all.

    Have you checked that your profile information is accurate and up-to-date with the card information you used?
