HELP! Can't update game, can't play! Manual Patch plz!

I've tried port forwarding, and everything, and the game still refuses to patch. Please release a fix for this, and release the manual patch from last night so I can play. ;w; Thank you.

The manual patch is being tested and will be up hopefully sometime today, California time (it is 10:11am right now)
No promises, but that is what I have heard.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
