could anyone tell me all regions this game covers?

Hello there ^^

I've played Perfect World before but for my country only... It has lags and typos sooo bad that I never read what the NPCs stated.. It disturbs me a lot more than what I should have, I guess b:cry I desperately wants an International one... but may I ask all regions this game covers? Like the part of the globe?

Or perhaps which countries this version doesn't include/block? ^^ Thanks a lot.

I'm from South East Asia, btw... but not Malaysia or Philippines.

    These countries CAN NOT play Perfect World International.
    China
    Hong Kong
    Japan
    Macau
    Malaysia
    North Korea
    Philippines
    South Korea
    Taiwan
    Turkey
    Vietnam

    All others SHOULD be able to.
