Hello im Blizzaga on Lost City PVP server

Ive done this on PW:MY and was a big success there...

Would I be aloud to run a PVP tournament for all the guilds on the server, with a ingame cash prize??

    I may not be a GM but in my experience player run events are allowed as long as they are in good fun and don't break any rules (like bugexploiting).
