Urim's Light

so I was looking at cashshop items and what not but I can't figure out where to aquire Urim's light so I can have a level 20 mount to get around. It's listed in the ah but I dont know if its a rare drop/crafter/quest reward thingy or what.

    urim's light isnt released yet. I doubt it's going to be released anytime soon. I really want it though. it looks amazing.

    just add spurs to any mount and it will be req lvl 20.

    yeahh like half of the stuff in AH isn't actually in the game. well maybe less than half, but don't believe that everything in the AH filters is actually in game =p
