what is the best class?

like the topic it already says, what is the best class according to you?
pls also say WHY you think it is the best class.
so just dont say things like: "i think archer is the best class" and that is it, but have some arguements.

i am just lvl 20, so i can't say wich class is best or wich isn't.
i want to know a bit more about the classes, why they are stronger than other classes and such.
i have read a few topics in every class-forum, but i couldn't see wich class is better than the other one, some say that a blademaster is bad in pvp and some say that clerics is most usefull in a raidparty(i hope it is called the same way here as in other MMORPGs like WoW and such(i know PWI isn't WoW, but they are all MMORPGs)).

i thank all of you in advance for giving me information that i can use.

The reason you can't see which class is better is because they generally aren't. They are all equal in their ways. But on topic, I think fist Blademasters are the "best"! I love how the fists look and all the accuracy and evasion makes an axe Blademaster cry when fighting you. Plus I just adore the level 39 skill that lets you cancel an enemy's current skill.

Thats cause the classes in this game are very well balanced, ie each class is unique and far outstrips the other classes in some way (Barbs tanking, BM stunning, Venos soloing etc.) You need to learn about each class and then decide which one you like best, and that will be the best class for you.

i have ro admit i thought archer was best but i really wanted a pet so i tried out venomancer and i changed my mind instantly! at lv 5 if u have right wep and skill u can do over 140dmg and with that awsome power i reckon that at lv 29 like my archer my venomancer could start doing about 1500dmg

No best class in the game, they all have their uses. Also, no "raids" in PWI.

With the right usage, all classes can do something good. Blademasters got AoE and melee-range, Barbs got tanking, Wizards got the magic DD, Archers the physical DD,Venomancers got pets and Clerics heal.

In more common terms:
Barbarian: Tank
Blademaster: Warrior
Wizard: Mage
Archer: Archer
Venomancer: Summon-Mage-Shapeshift
Cleric: Healer

Vitenka - Dreamweaver

To kinda sorta relate the classes to their traditional MMORPG roles:

Archer: Best direct damage
Barb: Best Tank
Cleric: Best healer.

Venomancer: Combination Tank -healer (but only able to heal their tank)
Blademaster: Combination Tank and DD (better at DD than tank, also have some self-healing)
Wizard: Combination DD and Healer (Very much better at DD than healing)

Just so you can have an answer.

Wizard is the best if you want a challenge.

Veno is the best if you suck at MMO's and want to play it on easy.

Clerics are the best if you want to fly from the beginning.

I don't know, I think all classes are the best in their own right. Although personally, I like to call venos the best all around 'kinda-but-not-really' class. They can tank, but not as good as a barb. They can heal, but only with their pets. They can buff, but nowhere near as cleric. They can DD, but not as well as a wizard or an archer. I think the veno's best asset are their debuffs and luring ability, but a cleric also has debuffs and some people still lure with their genies.

If you want to consider the best all around class, it's the veno. But the veno's abilities are the best all around because the other classes don't have as much versatility as the veno does. All classes specialize in something, and veno's are the ones who just have a little bit of everything.

Of course, this is just me. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I prefer blademaster and i think it is the best class because it is easy to manage. I have played all races except archers so i cannot say anything about them but barbarians i liked only for turning into a white tiger, after that i simply got too bored with them, they are slow and i would rather have a character that resembles me rather than a fixed panda lion tiger or wolf with no customizations.

I played the wizard and i enjoy it for the cute effects of the spells but quit because they die too easily and at least for me, i dont like that. I just dont have the patience of regaining my lost exp or running and shooting and repeat.

I have played cleric well up to the lvl 60+ but suddenly quit since i dont really help out and i waste lots of charms just healing someone constantly. ANd no matter how hard i tried, i always get someone else who dies and then get yelled at for reviving another party member instead of mass healing the "tank" because "HE" doesn't like wasting his hp charm. Even though since he is a tank he should rely on it once in a while especially if emergencies such as party member death occurs. Of course this does not apply to all barbarians, some are sweet and understandable of my situation. I just dont like the one that expect me to waste my mp charm completely on him all the time on constant runs and then snap if i make his charm tick more than twice.

I tried Venomancer but eventually got bored with her because she was far way too easy to play. There isn't any challenge at all at least until i quit her. I did like turning into a fox though but thats about it.

So far i like the blademaster because i am a Xena warrior princess fan and i enjoy helping out and killing monsters. I dont die as fast as i usually do with other classes and i dont get bored as fast as well. b:dirtyanyway this is my reason

Clerics are fun. You help random people in the woods or on battle fields with the occasional heal and suddenly you have new people in your friends list. So clerics! Cause everyone loves a cleric. You might not be super powerful, or toe to toe with certain class damage, but your always welcome in a party, and usually we have nicer hair than other classes b:cute

as a wizard u have to suffer pain till VERY high levels and be 1hit'd by like all the other classes and mobs

but in the endgame they are the ones with the best damage, a lot of phys def txs to earth barrier, highest mag def and several debuffs like seal, stun, sleep etc etc...

if u don't want to wait that much u can take a veno, buy an herc for PvE and a nix for PvP and u'll be able to trashtalk with every1 (like the above veno) except a few decent archers

Venos ae the best from 1-99. At 99, Assuming you have built your acher corretly ( by that i mean gear and Skills) , Archer is the OP class.

You have no idea how much - interval between attack an Archer can have at those levels

I mean, if the tank wasn't that much higher than the level req for the boss, you are risking the tank dying by res-ing a dead party member. If the tank dies, the party die, most likely. If it's a FB, the dead party member gets exp anyways after you kill the boss. Not sure if dead tabber gets exp but others do. I'd take a dead party member over party wipe anyday. If the tank is much higher and can charm it then, guess that's a different story.

Clerics do take a lot of sh*t from people tho and are always asked to help. There isn't a "best" class, but more depends on your playing style and preference. People who like to help others are clerics, people who like to see big red numbers are wizs/archers, ones that are more independent are veno/bm etc.
