I"m stuck and unable to do the fb19 culture quest. A gm told me it would probably get fixed next patch. Just wondering when that might be?

At least as currently planned, the next server downtime is going to be Tuesday at 11PM PDT. This may be prone to change, and I can not confirm it will include the patch the GM is referencing.
