lvl 4 apothecary

Im lvl 55 and im lvl 3 apothecary i maxed out my thing. I got a quest and went to that guy near dreamweaver port and talked to him. Quest is gone now and now i dont know what to do. Can someone please help. How do i get to lvl 4 apothecary?

    Im in the esact same situation. npc by dreamweaver port says someting about sharing the profit and then no further direction and quest gone. I'm hoping i find soething out next time going to achy but it would e nice to know exactly where to go.

    the npc you spoke to will sell you the abilities to upgrade to lv4. buy it and bring it to the elder. that is what is meant by sharing the profits =)
