Blacksmithing lvl 3, but only see lvl 1 and 2 weapons.

Hey, (Title infers to required blacksmithing lvls)
i was wondering if i needed to buy like another blacksmithing book or something because im lvl 3 in blacksmithing but i only see weapons that require 1 and 2 weapons (which manufacture weapon lvls 1-4). Where are the weapons that require lvl 3 blacksmithing and above? (i.e. Weapons that have lvls of 5 and above)
I hope theres a simple reason. Thanks =p

    You need to find another blacksmith, those in Archosaur would be fine.

    Oh yer thanks. I've been spending my time in etherblade because its less laggier than archosaur. lol. I guess ill try the south or north district of archosaur.

    South district is nice, I've just decided to make it 'mine', close to the elder and that general. But any major village in Archo-area with a blacksmith would do off course.
