Getting in Secret Passage?

We had 2 diff quests that called for us to retrieve an item in the Secret Passage. We were ready, tracked it, but when we got there, it wouldn't let us enter. Any ideas as to why? (Hero's Spirit, and Wheel:The Seven...I think)

    Did you try going into the portal part of the tower that the Slvekizen Warlocks are guarding? (misspelling of monster, I know, don't care too much at the moment. lol)

    need more detail, couldnt u enter the passae? Just to be 100% sure, the passage is the green tower SW from temple orchid.

    If you did manage to get inside, couldnt you find the portal to fb29 where u have to dig the other chest? (its at the north part of the passage)

    Hmm we tried to get in at the temple itself methinks. Will try again in the morning. Thanks for the heads up.
