Some pvp idea's

i was just looking trough the suggestions and got some of my own pop up
i as well noticed there isnt much pvp going on
i would like to motivate people to it
a new currency (well currency is the wrong word but i refer more to something as spirit)
lets just take honor as an example
it is not tradable for money or gold (thus not bringing down the gamedevelopers income, i have had such reactions on idea's in different games)
IDEA 1
if a player wins a pvp match he/she will get honor points
if they get enough honor points they can exchange it for a small amount of exp
the amount of honor u get from a pvp depends on your own level and the opponents level
it is not ment to be supereasy so only small amounts of honor
for example winning 5 matches against your own lvl's will be enough to exchange for 5 pct exp
use the same system as the monsters for it
green,white, orange and such to accumilate the amount of honor you get
to stop abuse in this system, 20pct of the amount of honor the winner gets will be taken from the loser, this isnt significant damage in honor to the loser as 1 win is equal to 5 losses
IDEA 2
Team pvp
2 modes come to mind
regular team pvp and a special mode wich randomly chooses a leader in both teams
if the team takes the leader of the other team down, the team automaticly wins
IDEA 3
also give people the ability to fight eachother for a set price, for example 1 player sets in 2* lvl 31 wand, the other player sets in 15K coins
this is an optional thing you can set before u start the fight
so people can choose not to bet things in

Those are some pretty cool ideas. I don't know what's going on in the world of PKing, but maybe this could help people play some more...question: would the honor points be like our spirit points, where we can collect a whole bunch of them? Or are they going to be like an inventory item that we can only collect so many of them before we have to turn them in?
Also, what if the person you kill does not have any honor points left over? How would the honor points be distributed, because it would seem unfair for you to go through all of that and the person you killed doesn't have any honor points to spare.0 -

the winner gets honor regardless if the loser has honor or not
the loser cant simple have less than nothing
so if they have 0 honor they stay at 0 honor0 -
I think 5 kills for 5% exp is a very....high number. XD I know some PKers that can kill 5 people in 5 minutes that are their level, so logically, that would be 20 minutes a level. That would make for incredibly easy leveling, in my opinion.
As for the last idea....many PKs are set entirely on the element of surprise, so how would you go about betting before you PKed someone if you wanted to surprise them? XD That one might be more suited for duels, not PKs.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

i think she's referring more to the "Dueling" system the PW uses. so far that i've noticed, you can't simple attack a player in or out of a "safe Zone" you have to challenge them to a dual.
i like the Honor points being like spirit points, but the 5 for 5% is a bit high for same level. maybe taking it for every same lvl match, you get 1% or 2% hon. kind of like the monsters- if you lvl up by only fighting your lvl, it will take you forever to get anywhere.
i'm not one for pvp or "dueling" but it seems like it would be an interesting system.0 -
only thing i would change is maybe a certain amount of point per lvl is needed kind of like how we need X amount of spirit to get a skill to the next lvl.
so like 500 honor pts for say a special item for lvl 1-20
700 pts for a special item for lvls 21-40
etc....
something to that effect would be better i think instead of xp or spirit as a reward plus the points need to vanish if you should redeem them0
